Below is an in-progress schedule for the wedding and the days leading up to it.

Extravaganza Days

• All day: Arrivals

🗓️ Thursday, September 3

• All day: Arrivals

• Midday: Local wine tour in the town (organized by Kara)

  We will oraganize a casual outing to a couple of the well known wineries in the town for anyone who wants to join

• Evening: Free

  Angela’s Bachelorette party (by invitation- organized by Mariah)

🗓️ Friday, September 4

• All day: Arrivals

• Midday: Hiking Mendel Pass

  2 groups will depart from Caldaro in the morning (organized by Florian)

  • Group 1: Takes the cogwheel train up the mountain and walks along the ridge
  • Group 2: Hikes to the top

• Evening 6-10pm: Casual welcome drinks and light dinner at Arzenhof, Baron Di Pauli
